I need your advice. I am working in an office setting for a small company. A guy that I work with wants to date me. I really don't know how to handle the situation. I'm not interested in him in that way because my only interest is moving up in the company. I know that if I start an office fling, I would be out of there so fast... or maybe not, but they won't take me serious. How do I let him down easy?

Just say No!!! Stop trying to let him down easy. Office relationships are never a good idea especially for a woman. Be direct and be sure to keep copies of inappropriate e-mails or communication. You might need them in the future.
