I've been working for a male dominated company for a year and a half. I really want to move up in the company, but all of the women are in "support" positions and not managerial positions. I really want to break the mold, but how do I? What is the best way to market myself for a promotion to a manager's position?

There is no secret. Hard work and being a professional is what it will take. I suggest keeping a record of all your accomplishments within the company. Maybe this is just not the company for you. Aim higher than a great position there. Ever think about having your own company?
